What matters to me the most is being a strong woman with passion who inspires more athletes to become strong & passionate. I want to share what I’ve found through CrossFit. The confidence, drive, determination and the awesome ability to get stronger every day. That’s why I’ve chosen to be a Coach and now CrossFit Affiliate Owner.

“I have been CrossFitting since 2012. I can honestly say that CrossFit has changed my life. I have a passion for people first. It never ceases to amaze me what people are capable of achieving and it’s in this venue that I’ve witnessed some of the most moving feats of greatness by everyday people like you and me.

I coach the CrossFit Kids class as well and love every second of it. My goal in coaching kids is to expose them to the opportunity of having a healthy productive identity. I want to instill in them a lifelong relationship with fitness that is fun first .

I have competed in several local CrossFit competitions as well as the Super Spartan and a couple other sprints and look forward to many other opportunities to showcase my strengths from training at CrossFit.”

Mandy has been a member at CrossFit Monroe since she was 12, and has been hooked ever since! She got certified during her senior year of high school and is continuing her college education on Exercise Science. She loves working with our Youth Strength & Agility Classes to help other youth fall in love with the sport she fell in love with so long ago. She is also one of our regular Coaches for both open gym and classes. Her eye for detail and contagious smile & attitude make every workout with her a great experience!

“I love training!  Whether I am preparing for a 24 hour Adventure Race, a 70.3 Triathlon or simply for a good suffer session, I love it.  My passion for fitness has taken on many forms over the years and what I love about CrossFit is that it makes me better at everything else I do.  If there is one thing that I enjoy more than training myself, it is coaching/training others to reach their goals.

Over the past 15 years, I have coached everything from HS Strength and Conditioning to Cross Country, Track & Field, Basketball and Football.  My wife, Annalisa, compliments my passion and thirst for knowledge in relation to reaching peak human performance as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I cannot help but glean from her knowledge about how critical a sound fueling plan is to reaching our performance goals.  

My desire is to instill a passion for fitness and if some of my athletes get good at it, that’s cool to.”
