We are not just a fitness program. At CrossFit Monroe we are a vehicle for life change. Anyone that has been a member at CrossFit Monroe for more than a few months can testify to the unique environment that is fostered by our coaching staff and our community.

This place has become a “third place” for many of our members outside of the work and home life.

It’s a place they come to unwind, work off stress and know that they can be their true authentic self.

No matter what your background is, your age, race, religion, or political beliefs… In this gym, we are all athlete on the same journey. In this gym we all root for each other. We all push each other through difficult times, we all celebrate breakthroughs both physical and mental. In this gym, we all may look and act a little different but we are all part of the CrossFit Monroe family.

1. SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST VISIT

Talk 1-on-1 with a coach about your goals and learn how CrossFit Monroe can get you in your best shape!

2. START YOUR TRAINING

Schedule your first class with your coach and just show up! The first several weeks are about showing up, learning the basics and most of all HAVING FUN!

3. HAVE FUN REACHING NEW LEVELS

Now that you have learned the basics, results are coming fast! Your friends are asking you what changes you have made and you are enjoying challenging workouts with awesome people. You are living the Motto: Get Fit, Have Fun and Enjoy Community!

I started CrossFit in February of 2015 – I made the decision to join when I was working night shift at the hospital and wanted to do something healthy for my body. Over the last few years, CrossFit has helped me become stronger, both physically and mentally. It has helped me to respect and appreciate the human body and what it is capable of. I truly believe that this crazy thing we do is all about getting a little better every single day, and helping someone else do the same. CrossFit has made me proud to be a part of my community!

I started Crossfit towards the end of 2018 after years and years of doing my own programming. I instantly fell in love with how quickly my body adapted to the movements and the continuous progress that I never saw working out on my own. Aimee and I took ownership of the gym in 2019 and never looked back. Our gym has turned into our family and I love nothing more than coming here every day to help people better themselves.

I joined CrossFit Monroe in 2016 because my family told me I would enjoy it, and they were right! I love the community of this gym and coaching has been a rewarding job for me. So much so that even though it is hard sometimes, it never feels like work, it’s just something I love doing!

I started CrossFit in 2012 and like many others got addicted to the methodology, to the community and to the physical and mental changes I have seen on myself. I complete my L1 CrossFit Trainer certificate in 2015 and the L2 In 2019. Most of all I love following athletes from when they show up on their first class not yet realizing their potential and then helping achieve greatness.

Certified PT NASM since 2007 and L1 CrossFit since 2018. I absolutely love the art of fitness! I love it even more when I see others conquer their goals & completely surprise themselves. When I’m not encouraging our members to do another burpee, I love hanging with my family, Fiona (my fur baby) & exploring this beautiful earth! Outside of working out, my favorite escape is going & seeing how others around the world live out their everyday lives

CrossFit Level 1 Certification

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
