I started CrossFit in February of 2015 – I made the decision to join when I was working night shift at the hospital and wanted to do something healthy for my body. Over the last few years, CrossFit has helped me become stronger, both physically and mentally. It has helped me to respect and appreciate the human body and what it is capable of. I truly believe that this crazy thing we do is all about getting a little better every single day, and helping someone else do the same. CrossFit has made me proud to be a part of my community!

I started Crossfit towards the end of 2018 after years and years of doing my own programming. I instantly fell in love with how quickly my body adapted to the movements and the continuous progress that I never saw working out on my own. Aimee and I took ownership of the gym in 2019 and never looked back. Our gym has turned into our family and I love nothing more than coming here every day to help people better themselves.

MANDY GUPTILL

Mandy has been a member at CrossFit Monroe since she was 12, and has been hooked ever since! She got certified during her senior year of high school and is continuing her college education on Exercise Science. She loves working with our Youth Strength & Agility Classes to help other youth fall in love with the sport she fell in love with so long ago. She is also one of our regular Coaches for both open gym and classes. Her eye for detail and contagious smile & attitude make every workout with her a great experience!

I’ve always enjoyed an active lifestyle and for me CrossFit has provided a challenging and competitive atmosphere for working out and has greatly improved my fitness so that I can enjoy life to the fullest. I’ve been with CrossFit Monroe for 6 years as an athlete. Now as a trainer I love helping other athletes of all levels improve their physical fitness and seeing the sense of accomplishment that I experience myself expressed by everyone who works out here at CrossFit Monroe.

I joined CrossFit Monroe in 2016 because my family told me I would enjoy it, and they were right! I love the community of this gym and coaching has been a rewarding job for me. So much so that even though it is hard sometimes, it never feels like work, it’s just something I love doing!

Talk 1-on-1 with a Coach about your goals and learn how Monroe can get you In your BEST Shape!

2. Start Your Training

Schedule your first class with your coach and just show up! The first several weeks are about showing up, learning the basics and most of all HAVING FUN!

3. Start Reaching Your Goals

Now that you have learned the basics, results are coming fast! Your friends are asking you what changes you have made and you are enjoying challenging workouts with awesome people. You are living thE Motto: Get Fit, Have Fun and Enjoy Community!
