Hold Policy:
As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason one (1) time per 6 month contract for up to 30 days and one (1) time per 12 month contract for up to 60 days. If you place your membership on hold and then elect to cancel your membership, you must still provide 30 days cancellation notice not including time on hold.

Cancellation Policy:
All membership agreements require 30 days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 30-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of you final paid month. If you have agreed to a 6 month or 12 month term membership in exchange for a discounted rate then you will be subject to 39% of remaining dues on your current agreement. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
Consider putting your membership on hold instead if you are planning on returning. If you have any questions, please contact us and we’ll work through it together. – The CrossFit Monroe Team
